The Island Leopard Frog (Rana miadis) is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is endemic to Nicaragua where it is known as rana leopardo isleña.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
